Design by Yasukhiro Koichi at SPIN and headed by Chef Leong Then, Sintoho Restaurant is the latest fine dining addition to the Four Seasons Hotel Lion Palace which opened this summer in St Petersburg. Sintoho features a contemporary ambience and a menu focusing on Japanese flavours with a northern Asian influence. Seating options include a sushi bar and a semi-private dining room featuring a teppanyaki table. Among the signature dishes of the restaurant are: wild salmon tartare with avocado salsa relish, crispy skin and sambal / Singapore-style king crab legs in chilli sauce with egg.
