Cult 51 asked me to try out some of their skincare products ahead of the festive season. They are an interesting company and I was keen to see what I thought of the range. If you’d like to browse through their gift sets, they are a great way for you to do the same.
By way of a bit of background the company was set up by chemist Richard Mears, who with three decades of experience formulating beauty products for top skincare brands, grew frustrated with creating multiple products for different facial areas. He believed in developing a streamlined “one-cream skin regime” for the face without compromising on ingredients.
Despite widespread skepticism in the beauty industry, Mears took on the challenge to prove his concept. After two years, the CULT51 multi-active facial Night Cream demonstrated its success, thanks to scientifically advanced ingredients formulated to support the skin’s natural regeneration. This achievement is reshaping premium skincare approaches.
The Illuminating Day Cream has been my go-to day cream over the last few weeks. I like to use a cream that protects my face from all that life and our environment throws at it, whilst working hard to improve my skin’s texture and condition. A daily moisturizer that defends and hydrates for brighter skin fits the bill for me. This concentrated day moisturizer aims to minimize the appearance of aging signs and uneven pigmentation while safeguarding the skin from environmental and chronological aging. Its superior moisturizing ingredients address immediate skin dryness and provide anti-inflammatory and antioxidant benefits. I’ve found it’s looked after my skin through this time of year – I’m either outside in the cold or in heated, air conditioned environments, neither of which are good for the skin – so, it’s good to have a bit of help.
At night I’ve been using the Rejuvenating Night Cream. A multi-functional night cream designed to restore cellular health and enhance physical appearance. I’ve been pairing the night cream up with the Neck and Décolletage Firming Cream. A lightweight cream designed to deeply hydrate and firm the often overlooked, delicate skin around the neck and décolletage. Infused with botanical extracts, Moroccan argan nut oil, and a potent form of Vitamin C, this blend encourages skin cells to generate and sustain collagen, resulting in smoother skin and a significant reduction in the visibility of fine lines and wrinkles. It’s early days, but my neck does seem to be reaping the benefits of using this cream every evening.
Cult 51 do a great range of skincare and I think I’ll be using their products again in the future. I’ve been very impressed.
