Luxury hotels around the world in the most diverse destinations are still challenged about staffing? What has been your case?

While staffing challenges are inherent in the luxury hospitality sector, Matild Palace has proactively addressed them through a combination of strategic recruitment, robust training and development, employee engagement initiatives, and a commitment to creating an exceptional workplace culture. These efforts ensure that our team is well-equipped to deliver the elevated service that defines the luxury experience at Matild Palace.

How do you motivate the team?

As of now, our team at Matild Palace is constantly innovating to enhance the guest experience, and we have exciting plans for the future. We are only in the market for two and a half years and we are committed to introducing new elements, whether in terms of unique guest experiences, collaborations, or enhancements to our facilities.
