Chocolates are always a good idea—especially if they’re Louis Vuitton chocolates. Now you can find them at Le Chocolat Maxime Frédéric at Louis Vuitton, the luxury brand’s first chocolate store in Singapore.

Located at the French brand’s flagship in Marina Bay Sands, Le Chocolat Maxime Frédéric is helmed by Maxime Frédéric, the award-winning pastry chef of Cheval Blanc Paris. The Normandy native is famous for being discerning about ingredients: he owns a farm in the northern France region where he cultivates distinctive types of chicken eggs, as well as hazelnuts with a richer flavour.

Frédéric brings that attention to detail to his chocolates for Louis Vuitton. The chocolate offerings at Le Chocolat Maxime Frédéric are made with a specialised savoir-faire, and each one is crafted by hand—much like the iconic trunks that Louis Vuitton built its legacy on. For a taste of luxury, Louis Vuitton’s chocolates are also made with the finest ingredients sourced in Paris.

There’s also a spirit of invention to be found in Le Chocolat Maxime Frédéric. Louis Vuitton fans will surely want to get their hands on the Vivienne on Malle, a chocolate creation inspired by a music box and featuring the French fashion brand’s mascot. With a twist of a chocolate key, Vivienne spins atop a trunk via intricate chocolate gear mechanisms designed by Frédéric. It’ll make a delightful gift.

Created by Frédéric just for the romantic occasion, the box comprises five heart-shaped chocolates in three different flavours: pistachio, almond and hazelnut. The limited-edition set is now available in the store.
