Outlier’s latest experiment doubles down on functionality and versatility with a chest bag design made out of durable Double Dyneema Composite. That’s not the whole story though, this bag hides a number of features such as an expandable design that takes it from a compact chest bag into a bag that’s large enough to fit a full-size laptop. You’ve also got their Double Dyneema Composite that’s said to be lighter and more durable than Ultrahigh Dyneema Composite and a seemingly endless set of four-way stretch pockets, Ultrasuede zipper pulls, and a strap with a Fidlock quick-release.
