Stadium Goods has put some of the rarest shoes of all time up for auction at Sotheby’s this month and amongst the Nike Mags and Jordans that are up for sale is one of the most important sneakers of all time. We’re talking about the Nike “Moon Shoe,” one of the few handmade running shoes made by Nike co-founder, Bill Bowerman. One of twelve made, the shoes were hand-cobbled by Geoff Hollister, one of the company’s first employees and is thought to be the only deadstock, unworn pair in existence.
