VA Studio and RADYCA Honored as Winners of Luxury Lifestyle Awards for Best Luxury Residential Interior Design in Florida

Luxury Lifestyle Awards, the leading global awards program recognizing excellence in the luxury industry, has announced VA Studio and RADYCA as the winning team in Best Luxury Residential Interior Design for a Palm Beach County Estate in Florida, USA.

This award-winning residence represents the culmination of a powerful design partnership. VA Studio, an Interior Design and Decoration Studio based in Mexico City, brings a fresh, visionary approach to the project. Meanwhile, RADYCA, a West Palm Beach-based Superyacht Design Firm with over 25 years of expertise across superyachts, interior design, architecture and more, injects their refined and sophisticated understanding of luxury. Led by Ramon Alonso (RADYCA) and Verena Bartzik (VA Studio), this collaboration harnesses the strengths of both firms to create a truly unique and masterful estate.

The client brief called for an equestrian-inspired vacation home in Florida, suitable for private, high-end seasonal rentals. VA Studio and RADYCA delivered a stunning design that seamlessly blended this theme with modern luxury.

Several unique features set this project apart:

  • Contemporary Art Inspiration: Art pieces served as the primary source of design inspiration, with a focus on dark tones balanced by warm lighting to create a refined yet relaxed atmosphere, standing in stark contrast to the surrounding natural beauty. Renowned Mexican artists such as Pepe Soho, Emilio Garcia Plascencia, Laura Rubio, Alejandra Vazquez and Gabriela Alcocer were invited to collaborate with several original equestrian themed pieces.
  • Custom Touches: The project encompassed the entire interior design and decoration of the house, including all furniture (both interior and exterior), fixtures, furnishings, art, accessories, fabrics, paint colors, and more. VA Studio and RADYCA designed and custom-made special pieces such as the spectacular dining table, a led-illuminated master bed, two marble coffee tables, a bronze & leather office desk and bookshelf, alongside several bespoke decorative pillows and bed linens for each bedroom.
  • Sustainable Practices: Sustainability was a key consideration for RADYCA and VA Studio. The project incorporated highly efficient, low-wattage LED lighting by APURE and Porsche Design Studio and a full array of high-performance solar panels to minimize the home’s environmental footprint.

“We are incredibly honored to receive this prestigious award from Luxury Lifestyle Awards,” said Verena Bartzik and Ramon Alonso in a joint statement. “This project exemplifies the power of collaboration, and we are grateful to have worked together to create such a unique and beautiful retreat that has proven to be a success in the high-end seasonal rental market.”

The house is currently listed and available through Equestrian Sotheby’s International. Thorson Rockwell +1 (561) 301-1334
