We’re used to see unusual, eccentric bags… Some of them very often are signed by famous fashion houses. Such two examples come from Italian brand Moschino, and as is often the case with such pieces from luxury brands, they have exorbitant prices.
We’re talking about two bags, one in the form of a French bread baguette and the second shaped like a pastry Croissant. The baguette bag is described as a “maxi clutch in high-frequency printed baguette-shaped faux leather and gold plated plate Moschino Made In Heaven.” A clutch that resembles a croissan is described as a “clutch with chain and magnet closure in the shape of a croissant, high frequency printed and gold plated detail Moschino Label Made In Heaven”.
The products are on Moschino’s website for buying, whereas can be bought for $1,170. No wonder why these bizarre bags have internet divided. One Twitter user mocked, “Just when 2020 was going from bad to worse, Moschino turned it around with a statement item everyone’s always wanted in their wardrobe.. A baguette bag”. One Twitter user asked, “£758 to look like you’re holding a subway, is this a joke?’ Another clever tweet read, ‘I decided to treat myself to a new Moschino’s baguette clutch bag, but halfway home got bit hungry.’
